How do I get an apartment at Ocean Parade Towers?
To get an apartment, simply click on the Request Apartment button, fill in the details. Once your details are approved, you will be provided login details via your email to login to our Tenant area where you can pay your rent and access our facilities.

How to I request to use the basketball, tennis and squash courts?
Login to your tenant area, click on Request Faclity, select the day and time of the week, you would like to use the court and upon approval, a notification will be sent to you containing your approved hour for using the courts.

How do I pay my bills as a tenant?
Login to your tenant area and click on "Bills Payment", a list of bills which you have to pay will be displayed, select the one you would like to make payment for and follow prompts to make payment online. After payment, your receipt will be sent to your email as well as your tenant area.

How do I lodge a complaint as a tenant?
Log into your tenant area, click on Tickets and enter your complaint in the box provided. The status of your ticket will be updated as the issue is being resolved until it is solved completely.
